If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your report, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and remedy the issue.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods already charged.

5. Uploaded images and data

By uploading a photograph, you confirm that:

You own the image or have the right to submit it for analysis
The image contains only yourself or a person who has given you explicit consent to submit their image
You are 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent

You grant HandScan AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your uploaded image solely for the purpose of generating your analysis results. We do not store your images beyond the duration of your session. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Accuracy and limitation of liability

AI-generated age estimates are inherently variable. Results may differ between sessions due to image conditions, lighting, and model variance. HandScan AI makes no warranty that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HandScan AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on analysis results, skincare product purchases, or decisions made based on estimated age scores.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
